District and Neighbourhood Centres

The scale of the three neighbourhoods has been carefully designed to sustain a district centre and two smaller neighbourhood centres that are within walkable distance from every home. The centres will provide schools, community facilities, convenience shopping, children’s play areas and public transport stops.

The major centre will be a bustling heart for the development with cafes, pubs and restaurants. It will include a secondary school (the Corby Academy), along with health and leisure facilities.
