Up to 5,100 high quality homes will be built. The development framework enables a variety of homes to be provided to meet a wide range of tastes and needs. The Priors Hall community will be aimed at both the executive homes market and will also provide affordable homes, key worker housing and starter homes for young families.

A small area will be provided for people wishing to self-build, with an emphasis on the development of eco-homes.
