Next Steps

Outline planning applications have been submitted to both Corby Borough Council and East Northamptonshire Council. The applications include a Development Framework Plan, which illustrate the general form of the proposed development.
The two councils will be consulting residents before considering the application most probably later this year. If approved, detailed designs would then need to be submitted for approval.

Development would generally proceed in an outward direction from the edge of Corby in a phased manner. Corby Academy would be provided at the outset of the development process, while the structural landscaping associated with the parkland would also be established at an early stage.
